The RAY G3 motors are powerful 14-pole brushless electric motors with an external rotor bell ("Outrunner"). They have excellent electrical properties, an elaborate construction and perfect production processing. They are a very good choice as drives for your relaxation and sports models with excellent performance and a low price. They are low-speed, high-torque motors that turn large-diameter propellers without a gearbox.
The engine assembly:
RAY G3 C3548-800 is designed for mounting on both sides. For front mounting behind the motor bulkhead, use four M3 screws that are 4-5 mm apart on the motor bulkhead. The holes for the fastening screws on the front panel are equally spaced from the circular line with a diameter of 25 and 19 mm and are 180 degrees apart. The motor bulkhead should be made of 5 mm plywood. We deliver the stern mounting set (mounting cross and propeller driver) together with the motor.RAY G3 C3548-800 is a brushless motor for models with an all-up weight of up to 2700 g, with power supply from a 4- to 5-cell Li-Po battery. This motor is suitable for models like our EPP "Warbirds" and Akro models with a wingspan of 1300-1400 mm, Spitfire EP or Mustang EP from Phoenix and the like.

Programmable microprocessor controller of the new generation (G2) for brushless sensorless motors, which was constructed with the help of modern semiconductor technology. Compared to the first generation, it offers easier and clearer programming with the transmitter and really simple and lightning-fast setting using the new LED programming card RAY G2 (sold separately). It is used to control the speed of the brushless electric motors in leisure aircraft models with power supply from NiCd / NiMH and LiPo / Li-ion batteries. It is equipped with the linear BEC system, which secures the power supply of the receiver and the servos from the drive battery.

PROTECTIVE FUNCTIONS OF THE REGULATOR
Protection during start-up: If the motor does not start within 2 seconds after accelerating, the controller switches the motor off.
Thermal protection: If the temperature of the controller exceeds 110 degrees, the controller will limit the output power.
Loss of the gas signal: the controller limits the power if the signal is absent for 1 second; If the signal is missing for more than 2 seconds, the engine is switched off.
Tip: When switching on the controller for the first time, perform the calibration first the gas path according to the instructions. Only then is it possible to use the controller and set other parameters with the aid of the transmitter or the RAY G2 LED programming card.
