Raytronic C5 NiMH/NiCd Charger 5A #3EC1022
The Raytronic C5 charger is a very simple charger for recreational drivers and hobby pilots to charge 4-8 cell NiMH batteries with mains supply. It is a more powerful replacement for box chargers typically supplied in car and boat RC sets, allowing up to 5A charging - if required. It allows for easy charging without complicated setup at home, as well as at the airport or on the water when an outlet is available. You can set the charging current to 0.5, 1, 2, 3.5 or 5 A. The operation of the charger is signaled by three LED diodes. The charging process ends automatically with delta peak detection. When charging is complete, the charger switches to low-current trickle charging.
The battery to be charged is connected via power leads connected to the charger outlet with standard 4mm banana plugs, for which you can buy a wide range of charging leads at model shops.
