Rally models have fascinated the RC fan community for years. The VW Golf MK2 GTI 16V is a classic of the scene and the TAMIYA kit has now been faithfully reproduced.
The VW Golf won the Group A A7 class in 1986. Group A drove cars with 4 seats and more than 2,500 cars are built every year. The Golf had a 1.78L 4-cylinder engine with 195 hp.
The TAMIYA MF-01X chassis has four-wheel drive and grippy Rally Block tires. Due to the independent wheel suspension and the closed drive via a cardan shaft, this is the perfect basis for the VW Golf and ready for RC Rally Feeling!
